Hi I’m 17 Male And I’ve Been Having Problems With

Hi I’m 17 male and I’ve been having problems with my troat the first time it started out of no we’re I started to get a rage of motion and really bad pain I couldn’t even sleep and it felt like a ball moving in the middle of my throat and it was all night and then it stopped like couple weeks later it happened again but no pain just the rage in motion and than it stop again and it happened a 3rd time no pain only had pain the first time than it stopped for a couple of months still hasn’t happened again but their is still something wrong sometimes my throat feels like it getting tight in the middle and it will stay like that for a while I got holes in my tonsils I get tonsils stones a lot and there is a whole in my tonsil and it’s like 2 white balls in it I idk what’s wrong I just need help i just can’t stop thinking about it if it’s gonna happen again and it stresses me out a lot please give me some advice
