Hi.. I'm 17 Weeks Pregnant And In My Last Scan

Hi.. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and in my last scan I was told my placenta is 2.4cm frm cervical os. Is this considered low lying placenta? I have 10 hour train journey planned.. Should I continue my travel plans or do you recommend I should cancel it. Thanks
