Hi I'm 17 Years Old About 5"7 And 110 Pounds

Hi I'm 17 years old about 5"7 and 110 pounds I have had a worrying issue's for the past year. About 6 dsays ago I got really hot for no reason I started worrying feeling my heart almost fainted but I was trying to calm myself down drinking water and I've been have random little pains in my lung , heart and lower stomach areas not when get hot but sometime they happen at the same time and I freak out this happen once a day sometime 3 times a day?
