Hi, I'm 18 And I Have Bumps Around My Pubic

Hi, I'm 18 and I have bumps around my pubic area that popped. They did bleed and it hurts when I urinate. Also, I have an excessive amount of yellowish discharge. I'm supposed to have my period this week and don't know if this is caused by that or not. Also I have been quite sick for the past week and was wondering if it could simply be from my immune system being weakened from that. I am sexually active but it has been with the same partner and he was checked about a month ago for and STD's/STI's and was completely clean. Could this just be a bad yeast infection? Please help.
