Hi I'm 18 Years Of Age And I Have No

Hi I'm 18 years of age and I have no nipples at all. They're neither inverted or flat. I have areolas but the spot where the nipples are supposed to be, there's just a small opening. What could be the cause of this? Is this normal and could I be able to have babies with no nipples?
