Hi I'm 20 Week Pregnant And As Per Doctor Baby

Hi I'm 20 week pregnant and as per doctor baby is in down line so Dr ask for alert. But today in morning first urine I feel some pinkish shade in urine and after all urine it wale yellow pale color and before this I feel 2-3 times also pinkish shade in earlier 2-3 days but not regular in urine..Is there any point of tension or I happens??
