Hi, I'm 20 Week Pregnant And My Stomach Is Badly

Hi,
I'm 20 week pregnant and my stomach is badly bloated. Is it normal? Actually I took a hot shower 2 nights ago and after that my stomach has been bloated. I really don't know if there is any relationship between them or not. Would you please tell me what I can do to solve this problem?
