Hi I'm 20 Years Old And I Have Had Irregular

Hi I'm 20 years old and I have had irregular periods and was trying to get pregnant for years. I finally got pregnant and had my daughter October of 2014. After I delivered my daughter I was told that my cervix is tilted. I have been having weird pains and feelings in my reproductive organs. I sometimes feel baby kicks and flutters but I'm not pregnant I am on Nexplanon. Also I get sharp shooting or bad cramping pain also popping feelings down there. I went for an ultrasound and was told I have a cyst in my right ovary and my left side looks normal, but both sides cause me pain. I was also told that my cervix is inflammed, but have no infection. What could be wrong with me ??
