Hi I'm 20,and I've Missed 3 Months And A Half

Hi I'm 20,and I've missed 3 months and a half of my period my last LMP was last week of April , I've tested 2 pt for the first month of July and last week of July and its negative but I have a light bleeding that took only an hour for the first and last week also of July.I'm a irregular period.
