Hi, I'm 21 year old female and I'm suffering through symptoms like soar throat, tonsillitis, body ache, fever (that keeps lowering and rising again) and weakness since 3 days. I was wondering if its viral soar throat or strep throat and whether i should take Paracetamol, dolo 650 or antibiotics. Please help
