Hi I'm 21 Years Old, Male, And I've Been Having

Hi I'm 21 years old, male, and I've been having these bumps/lumps with discharge coming out most of the time. they are around my navel. They seem to spread around just my belly button area only. Some of them are easy to pop (small ones) but the bigger ones seem to be harder to pop and when I press on them they hurt and it seems that the discharge is under the skin. It's happened to me not to long ago but just recently started back up probably 2 weeks after I got rid of it the first time. I've never had a problem with it before until it started around 3 months ago and has been bothering me.
