Hi. I'm 21 Years Old Woman. I'm 5ft 8" Tall.

Hi. I'm 21 years old woman. I'm 5ft 8" tall. I was diagnosed with pcos 5 years back. I weighed around 80kgs back then. After the diagnosis I worked on my diet and exercise and brought down my weight to 63 kg. However in the last couple of months my diet and exercise both went off track due to stress from college work. I've started working out again and I've started working on my diet too but this time around I'm not seeing results. I've been doing HIIT training 3 times a week with strength training 1-2 times a week (same thing I did earlier). I've cut out processed food from my diet, I don't drink sodas, I have 3 meals and 2 snacks, I eat simple homemade Indian food with less oil, I even cut out rice with broken wheat, increased my water intake to 3-4 litres per day, but the results are zero. I've been through the weight loss procedure before so I know how it works. Why isn't it working this time?
