Hi, I'm 22 And Have A Dance Recital Tomorrow Which

Hi, I'm 22 and have a dance recital tomorrow which makes or breaks my dance career but I unfortunately started my period today. I just started taking norethisterone as per my doctor's instructions. I read it was supposed to be taken 3 days before my due date but I unexpectedly began bleeding today so I took the pill as suggested by my GP.
Do I expect white discharge or will I still have spotting while taking norethisterone?
But most importantly, when can I expect the bleeding to stop? (WILL IT STOP?? I have taken two pills so far and have one more for tonight.. the dance is tomorrow night..)
