Hi, I'm 22 Weeks Pregnant Now And My Urine Test

Hi, I'm 22 weeks pregnant now and my urine test shows. Colour - Yellow, Reaction - Acidic, Appearance - Sl. cloudy, Sugar - Nil, Albumin - Present (Trace), Pus cells - 6-8 Cells/hpf, R.B.C - Nil, Casts - Pus casts present, Epithelial Cells - 3-5 Cells/hpf and Crystals - Nil. Is this normal or do i have any problem. Pls do let me know. Thanks.
