Hi Im 23 and I smoke. I've smoked now since I was 16 and for the past 4 or 5 days my voice has gotten real horse, I've been having difficulty swollowing I've breathing a lot harder and my throat feels real lumpy. I'm kinda worried that I might have throat cancer. I would like some advice or answers if you got them, thanks... Also is it common for people at 23 to get throat cancer?
