Hi I'm 23 Weeks Pregnant And On Daily Baby Aspirin.

Hi I'm 23 weeks pregnant and on daily baby aspirin. Today I've had a really bad stomach bug and havnt been able to keep a thing down, I've tried in the hope that the baby will at least get something but I've tried taking my aspirin and have been sick again I'm worried I've brought the tablet up and what that will mean for the baby?
