Hi I'm 23 Years Old As Of A Few Days

Hi I'm 23 years old as of a few days ago and ever since I was 18 I have been a profuse sweater, I can't wear any shirts without my whole back and arms and legs and everywhere being drenched like my shirts go see through within 5 minutes of wearing it, and I wanted to know what I can take to stop this?
