Hi. I'm 23yrs Old And I've Had Series Of Abortions

Hi. I'm 23yrs old and I've had series of abortions years ago. But the problem is that my lower abdomen seems to be protruded ever since.please help me,I'll like to get back my flat tummy back. The other issue is the hollow eye sockets I've had since. I'll also like remedy to that because they make me look older. Thanks for a prompt response
