Hi I'm 24 and about to get married. My foreskin doesn't retract when penis is erected. But can pull down manually. When pulled down completely I experience little pain around glan area I think this is because it too tight and no blood circulation. i can't masturbate when it is completely pulled down as it cannot move freely. And my penis will always be dry even when it is erected.
