Hi. I'm 24 Weeks Pregnant. Was Taking Duphaston Twice A

Hi. I'm 24 weeks pregnant. Was taking duphaston twice a day up until a week ago. I think the doctor recommended it as i have had two miscarriages in the past. Then I noticed a bleed and was asked to take duphaston thrice a day PLUS progesterone injections once a week. However I got a second opinion as i wasnt comfortable taking so much medication. The new doctor asked me to go off duphaston as it doesnt help at this stage of pregnancy. However i started bleeding again a few days back around when i went off duphaston. But there was also a significant cervical shortening. So i've been asked to take lots of rest. I have not had any indication of cervical shortening before (this is my second baby). I am wondering if i need to go back to duphaston in addition to the progesterone shots. Thanks, Shilpa
