Hi, I'm 24 Years Old Male, Weight Around 120 KGS,

Hi,
I'm 24 years old male, weight around 120 KGS, height 6 feet 2 inches. A couple of days back I woke up in the morning with pain in left flank region, thought it to be a muscle pull but in a couple hours the pain enhanced so got to hospital in emergency. They injected a pain killer and a muscle relaxant as a quick remedy and had my X-ray and Ultrasound done for Kidney and UB. No sign of stone in X-ray however there was a fullness in left kidney shown in ultrasound, the size difference between both kidneys was around 2.5mm. After 3-4 hours the pain fainted and I was discharged from hospital with suggestion that it may be due to a small stone in kidney which passed out, however I didn't notice any stone to the best of my knowledge.
Didnt felt pain for a day but next day faint pain started in the left flank again, I didn't took any medication for 24 hours, so I took the medicine again and the pain vanished in an hour.
Now I'm taking the medicine every 12 hour as per doctors suggestion in addition to cranberry powder juice suggested by doctor for urinary tract. My tummy is a bit loose than usual and I have gas issues as well. I'm not feeling any pain for a day now but at few moments I feel like there is something, slight burst of faint pain for a moment in both flanks. As per ultrasound right kidney was perfect in size and no fullness.
Can this be a mental hallucinations, maybe the medications is messing up mind. I do feel that my mind is not working to full potential as it was a couple of days back.
I'm taking a lot of water for the past 2-3 days and I'm having constant urges of urine throughout the day, 10-15 times, no burning.
Thanks,
Usman
