Hi, I'm 25 Weeks Pregnant And Due To Heavy Thrush

Hi, I'm 25 weeks pregnant and due to heavy thrush I was prescribed a Canesten pessary, which I used last night. Now, exactly 24 h later I am having some vaginal bleeding ( pinkish colour accompanying the white discharge ) and was wondering if this is a normal side effect or should I be worried? Thank you
