Hi I'm 25 Year Old Male Weight 65kg Having Acanthosis

Hi I'm 25 year old male weight 65kg having acanthosis on cheeks , armpits. Neck and groin. I got done with glucose levels those are fasting blood glucose was 83mg/do and fasting insulin 18.59mcu/ml. My HoMA I R is 3.80. can u please suggest me treatment..as of now using mometasone and tretinoin creams.
