Hi I'm 25 Yeard Old And For The Past Maybe

Hi I'm 25 yeard old and for the past maybe 8 months or so my nipples have been itchy. Its not all the time just sometime. And sometimes when there itchy they get a bit flakey and when I itch I accidentally peel the skin off. My right breast itches the most and the last time I peeled the skin off now there is a spot on my nipple that's lighter then the rest. It doesn't hurt and there's no discharge its just lighter and a bit more smoother then the other part of my nipple. ALso the lighter park is very slightly rised higher then the rest of my nipple. Is this something to be concerned about or do I just have dry nipples from the weather and clothing?
