Hi! I'm 25 Years Old And I Am Just Worried

Hi! I'm 25 years old and I am just worried about my ultrasound .My uterus is anteverted with regular contour and homogeneous myometruim . there are no myometrial masses seen. The cervix is close and homogeneous. The endometrium is thin and hyperechoic with intacj endomyometrial interface. The right Ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains an irregular thin walled nechoic cystic structure meauring 3.9x3.7x3.3cm suggestive of a follicle cyst. The left ovary is lateral to the uterus and contains follicles . there is no free fluid in the cul de de sac. Is there any possible that I am pregnant?
