Hi, I'm 25 Years Old And I Had A Laparoscopic

Hi, I'm 25 years old and I had a laparoscopic robotic surgery for endometriosis and cysts on both ovaries a multi chambered cyst in my right ovary and a single cyst in my left ovary about 2 yrs ago and I have had 2 children. My oldest is 10 abd youngest is 6 months. Recently started having same symptoms like a couple yrs back then had intercourse a couple days ago and within hrs I starting becoming very symptomatic and it continued for two days. Went to er and Dr did us pelvic transvaginal exam and Dr. Tells me I have cysts in both ovaries and that the one on the right is slightly bigger and that the ultrasound couldn't detect how much endometriosis there was or not. I am tryin to understand what my ultrasound report is saying and if I need another surgery or not. Plz help asap
