Hi I'm 26 Female OK So 2 N A Half

Hi I'm 26 female OK so 2 n a half months ago in was living in a filthy house with cockroaches etc n I cleaned up one day I openened a high cupbourd n it felt like s million tiny bugs fell on my body it was hot n I was in a xroo too n shorts n very sweaty about an hour later I has lots of tiny pimple like things all over me I thought I kud see little black spots inside but I had spray tan on so I just went to the Dr he gave me cream n see allergic reaction n it went away until last week wen I scrached a scab on my head n felt the same rush of tiny bugs over my head I also noticed that wen I scrub in the shower my skin feels rough n then there's a milky texture after so I looked in the mirror closely n I have brown freckle like spots that have goey worm like things inside I freaked n scrubbed my face with a face washer my face bled felt like ripping glass and it's like my face is falling off as I wipe I am horrified please help please I'm to embarrassed to see a doctor I'm afraid they may think I'm nuts please help doctor
