Hi, I'm 26 Year Old Female I Have V Oily

Hi, I'm 26 year old female I have v oily and easily acne prone skin I have acne all over my face specially on chin and forehead and also dark brown post acne mark all over my Chicks I use to get 2 to 4 acne every next morning which on first day appear like red painful bump and than turn to pusfill pimples at present I'm using aha glow face wash and tretinoin 0.04% gel
Plz suggest me remedy for both acne and marks too
