Hi I'm 26 Years Old And I'm Having Sever Pain

Hi I'm 26 years old and I'm having sever pain in my neck and left shoulder and the left side of my collar bone I can't move my arm or my neck with out me wanting to vomit and faint. I have not fallen it just started hurting when I was picking up my son. I picked him up kinda fast but didn't feel pain at that time but it only stops hurting for a few mins when I put hard pressure on it. It kinda feels like a bubble is sitting under my collar bone and left shoulder blade
