Hi .. I'm 26 Years Old Female.. Married Almost Two

Hi .. I'm 26 years old female.. Married almost two years back. Conceived once when planned but i miscarried it in 5th week..
After another year I've conceived now I'm 15 weeks pregnant. But I'm experiencing a lot of pain in the anal/rectal region and a lot of pressure in the lower abdomen and genitals. Following is the prescription of medicines that I'm given and taking. Please help me


-ferro 28 (twice a day)
-Aspirin 81mg (OD) (due to past history of 1 abortion)
-cac 1000(od)
-osnate D (od)
-indrop D (once a week) (taking since 3 months)

Please guide me what to do with the pain??
