I'm 27 year old male. Just went to take a shower and noticed a huge flap of skin under my testicles (a part of my sac) where my testicles aren't descending to. Never experienced this before, it's not painful but it looks extremely weird (like a turkey neck). What is this? What can I do to fix it??
