Hi I'm 27 Years Old I Had A Biopsy March

Hi I'm 27 years old I had a biopsy March 8 two weeks after my period. Before getting the biopsy done me and my husband we were already trying to conceive our second child the same day of my appt for a biopsy I had a pregnancy test taken but it came out negative but now I haven't got my period I have really severe cramps but instead of my period I'm getting a clear/mucus discharge does that mean I'm pregnant ?
