Hi, I'm 27 Years Old And Have Been On Birth

Hi, I'm 27 years old and have been on birth control for the past 7 years. For five years I had the 5 year iud., currently I am on sprintec (the birth control pill) I don't get a period, but for the past couple months it's like I am, BUT only when I pee. This will last 4 maybe 5 days then go away. At first I thought it's just my period, but in a weird way.. Now I'm kinda worried, especially after googling this up and seeing different answers everywhere. Please help.
