Hi I'm 27years Old. I Have Been Smoking For 10years.it

Hi I'm 27years old. I have been smoking for 10years.it all started with My tonsils swollen last September then light purple discoloration of the tongue then the bottom of my esophagus started feeling larger and hard. Now my esophagus is all hard and large. Moving it with my fingers left to right use to make me feel better with breathing but today I did it and heard a snap and the right side of esophagus hurts when I talk or swallow or open my mouth. I need to see a doctor asap?
