Hi I'm 29 Years Old And Had Heavy And Light

Hi
I'm 29 years old and had heavy and light bleeding with large clots for 5 months mostly everyday. Had a ultrasound in August and my endometrial thickness was 14.7mm. My hormone levels were abnormal. Iron levels were too low. Thiroid was ok. Pap test was normal. Doctors gone through with a hysteroscopy and decided that I have simple endometrial hyperplasia without atypia. No signs of endometriosis. Had a nother ultra sound last week and found my endometrial thickness is 17mm. Still have on and off bleeding spotting to heavy which is very uncomfortable. No pain but lots of gas in lover abdomen. I have 3 1/2 year old child and want to have one more. I don't think I'm ovulating any time during my cycle even I don't have a cycle at all. After the hysteroscopy ( in September)doctor said that they scrapped my endometriam and bleeding will stop soon and I will have a proper period soon but I didn't get one.Bleeding is disturbing and uncomfortable. This is so stressful and looking for solutions.
