Hi I'm 29 Years Old, Woman, And I've Always Had

Hi I'm 29 years old, woman, and I've always had this gurgling sound in my chest that would happen on occasion like I had to burp but the flap wouldn't open. I know it sounds crazy haha but that's how it felt anyway. Well the last five days now I've had it nonstop with heartburn and a crappy feeling there is something in my throat. I just switched insurance companies and do not know who my Dr will be yet but I can't sleep at night very well due to it getting worse any way I lay down. Do you feel this is something I could go to the emergency room for or should I stick it out until I could figure out a Dr appointment. It's extremely uncomfortable and is literally nonstop like everytime I take a breath. Please help. Any advice would be appreciated. And no antacids and indigestion meds are not working. Thank you.
