Hi Im 30 Years Old Im Hard Of Hearing Since

Hi Im 30 years old im hard of hearing since birth I started wearing hearing aids 5 years ago after leaving them when I was 13 ( around 10 years) but i started feeling some pain on the left inner ear i visited ENT specialist in my country and he said there is nothing ( i doubt he couldn't check what's inside my ear) culd be that an infection ? otosclerosis ? I have mild hearing loss on the left ear and light hearing loss on the right one
