Hi I'm 30 Yrs Of Age My Son Is 9

Hi I'm 30 yrs of age my son is 9 years-old from birth I've been using Depo three-month contraception I changed it after 5 years because I was bleeding (let's I got my periods twice in one month I changed to Nur-isterate it has been 4 years now but still bleeding I'm even afraid it might lead to cervical cancer I've been to gynecologist a numerous times for that and the abdominal pain experience from time to time on the left. Does that mean I have bleeding disorder? What can I use to change all that and stop bleeding? In the last 3 months I got deferred from donating my blood because of iron level was low at the clinic they've been giving contraceptive pills. Today they gave me Ibusor 200,Doxytet and famynor PLEASE HELP Dr I'm desperate thank you in advance
