Hi. Im 32 years old. This is my ultrasound result. The uterus is anteverted and measures 3•2 x 3•4 x 3•6 cm. The endometrial stripe measures 0•87cm. The myometrial echo pattern is homogeneous with regular contour. No evidence of mass nor gestayional sac. The cervix measures 2•2 x 2•0 x 1•8cm no focal lesion seen. The right ovary measures 3•0 x 2•5 cm with a 3•0 x 2•1 cm cystic focus; having intraluminalmedium to low level echoes. Between the right ovary and the uterus is a tubular hypoechoic ficus ; measuring 4•3 x 1•2 cm the left ovary measires 3•3 x 2•8 cm woth a 3•6 x2•3 cm cystic focis having intraluminal to low level echoes. Between the left ovary and the uterus is a 2•3 x 1•4 cm cystic hypoehoic tubular structure. No free fluid. Impression: normal uterus with proliferative endometrium. Cystic foci with intraluminal medium to low level echoes; both ovaries. Endometriotic cyst considered. Tubular hypoechoic cystic foci both adnexal areas; probably hydrosalphinx; bilateral; considered. I need second opinion. It can be cured? Pls help me i want to get pregnant. Thank you!
