Hi, I'm 32 Yrs And Had My Pap Smear After

Hi,

I'm 32 yrs and had my pap smear after 3 years last week. The nurse called back saying that I have atypical glandular cells of unknown origin. I'm scheduled for Colposcopy and endometrial biopsy tomorrow. I have 1 child, 7 yrs and a missed miscarriage 3 yrs back. Have been having fertility issues as well. Can this be more serious? I'm ok with going with a hyst.
