Im 32m Delhi. 12 years back I suffered from erection dysfunction and doctor prescribed me mackardhwaj tablets (2 tabs twice a day) with milk and my ed was cured in 4 months and I enjoyed full erection. After 2 years I became sexually inactive (due to breakup) and now I'm again suffering from Ed from last 5 years.
Recently I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and deficiency of vitamin D and i took following medicines:

Neurobin forte
Confido
Tentex forte
Stablon
Q car forte
Cetjoint k7
Meconery
Vit D injection
Methimaze 10mg

And my ed was cured again and I slowly stop taking these medicines and again same ed problem.

Can you suggest which medicine would have cured my ed
