I'm 33 years old male. My weight is 90 kg. I am doing running 3 to 4 days in a week. I am taking less oily food like poha, tea (without sugar), cornflakes, ots some time oily and rice as well. I am running 4 to 5 KM,3 to 4 days every week but weight is not reducing. My cholesterol is little high. My thyroid is ok. Please suggest me what should i do to decrease wight. I am very worry about this because my father & grand father, Mom all have diabetes. I have uric acid problem alos
