Hi I'm 35 Now And Last Year My MRI Showed

Hi I'm 35 now and last year my MRI showed diffuse brain atrophy, I now have SLE Lupus and have had six strokes. My body can not hold potassium and my bp is always around 175/125 even on two different bp meds. The doctors are having difficulty controlling my symptoms any suggestions.
