Hi, I'm 36. Went Through An Early Menopause 1.5 Years

Hi, I'm 36. Went through an early menopause 1.5 years ago. Recently have been having this warm sensation (almost like hot water running inside the veins) in my right leg. The leg is not warm to the touch. The sensation comes and goes, not very frequent. I'm wondering if it could be a pinched nerve or something like a hot flash
