Hi I'm 37 Weeks And 3 Days Pregnant With My

Hi I'm 37 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my first baby. Yesterday I was dilated 3 cm with contractions 6 mins apart. This morning I got up to go to the bathroom before I got there liquid came out and I couldn't stop it, it was warm and clear it won't a big gush but it was alot. I haven't had a contraction since but I still have bad lower back pains and pressure in lower stomach. Could I be going in to labor?
