Hi I'm 38 Weeks Pregnant And Have Tender Uncomfortable Vaginal

Hi I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have tender uncomfortable vaginal lips that are swollen and feel.like they could be red.
There is burning when i wipe and they are tender to touch. There is discharge but my discharge has increased in the last month. No burning when i pee I have had this in the past but have never seen a Dr because it normally went away. But it's time to give birth and I don't want it to be something that I can transfer to my baby at birth! Plz help
