Hi, I'm 3weeks Post Partum (had A 3rd Degree Tear,

Hi, I'm 3weeks post partum (had a 3rd degree tear, large hematoma (over 1litre of blood) and another minor tear) and yesterday I started to feel an ache in the area where the hematoma was and have started having bright red blood the equivalent of a light period discharging from my vagina! Should I go straight to emergency or just make an appointment when things open up in the morning?
