Hi I’m 40 Years Old , Had A Stressfull Past

Hi I’m 40 years old , had a stressfull past 2 weeks on little to no sleep at all and now that the stress is gone a have rapid heart beats all day with butter fly feeling in my left side under my armpit and weakness on my arm and leg ( left ) can you please help
