Hi I'm 42 Years Old Lady , About 2 Months

Hi I'm 42 years old lady , about 2 months ago my skin and scalp start itchy and have have white and black tiny litlle flakes come out off my skin it's like something it's crowling on my scalp face and neck and arms. Don't know what happen with me never had this before. It's get worse at night when go to bed . I cut my hair short just because that its really annoying. Don't know what to do can anyone help me please. Thanks
