Hi, Im 44yrs Actively Trying For A Baby Following Miscarriage

Hi, Im 44yrs actively trying for a baby following miscarriage which started on 21st November at 7-8 weeks was told there was a saclike structure several days later when I was scanned for ectopic (told there was no baby at this point). I bled for over a week and passed clots (sorry tmi) then passed one very large clot (spanned Palm of my hand) assumed this was the sac like structure. Bleeding stopped a few days later for a few days so made love with husband (told it was ok when we felt ready by consultant) then I started bleeding again. I've been Bleeding for over two weeks persistently with recent small clots last couple of days so contacted EPAC saw consultant who said could be possibly small peice of retained product which will pass on its own (I opted for conservative didn't want to take tablets to empty womb a few days after bleeding started). The constant bleeding is a bit distressing for me so after discussing options he prescribed provera 5 mg 3x daily for 4 weeks but pharmacies didn't stock 5mgs so another consultant prescribed norethisterone 5mg 3 x daily for 10 days instead. So my questions are; 1) as I've had u/p intercourse so soon after mc could I be pregnant already (even though it would be too early to detect a pregnancy by test) 2) what damage could the medication do if I were pregnant (even though may be unlikky I am pregnant as so soon after mc) 3) will taking norethisterone affect my fertility?

My history is;
Pregnsncy 1 ended in mc 8 weeks ERpC
Pregnsncy 2 ended in mmc 10 weeks ERPC
Pregnsncy 3 full term baby no probs now 26 yrs old
Pregnsncy 4 full term baby no probs now 24 years old
Pregnsncy 5 told had mc whilst coil, coil removed bled for severs, weeks continued preg symptoms took preg test severs, weeks later positive had baby full term 8 months later no pro sports now 21yrs
Pregnsncy 6 full term baby no probs now 19 yrs old
Pregnsncy 7 recent mc @ 7-8 weeks

Thanks
